The Mint 400 announced today that Baja Jerky has joined the growing list of sponsors for the 2021 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 December 1st-5th. The partnership focuses on showcasing Class 11 racing at The Great American Off-Road Race and to highlight their commitment to the class, Baja Jerky is offering a prize purse of $10,000 cash to the top three podium finishers.
