Wednesday, March 9th (All vendors move in)
6:00am – 10:00am – Large Booths / Semis / Trailers
10:00am – 5:00pm – Small Booths / EZ UPs
5:00pm – 10:00pm – Kick Off Party
Thursday, March 10th
6:00am – 9:00am – Small booths / EZ UPs
9:00am – 6:00pm – Mint 400 Off-Road Festival Open
6:00pm – 9:00pm – All Fremont Street Vendors Move Out
Friday, March 11th
All Llama Lot vendors move out by NOON.

All vendors must be leave Primm Start/Finish Line by 4:00pm PST.
