PCI Race Radios to Feature New TRAX Stereo Intercom System at The Odyssey Battery Mint 400 Tech & Contingency

PCI Race Radios, the leader, innovator and manufacturer of high quality communications products since 1972, has developed the new Trax Stereo Intercom System and product line that will be on display at the 2017 Odyssey Battery Mint 400 Tech & Contingency on Fremont Street East Friday, March 3rd. Trax systems, which entered the market in September of 2016, now have a 5 pin plug for true left and right, full stereo sound. Combined with new larger, high fidelity, full range speakers, the full suite of comfortable headsets, helmets and helmet wiring kits boast a music sound quality never before heard in an intercom system.

“PCI’s involvement with The Mint 400 dates back to mid seventies, when Bob “Weatherman” Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with five hundred feet of coax attached and successfully relayed the first radio communication from a pit. It’s people like The Weatherman and the personnel at PCI that make off-road racing such a great culture,” said Mint 400 CEO, Matt Martelli.

“The Mint 400 is growing every year and offers the biggest stage in off-road racing to display our products. It’s exciting to see more and more people coming out to tech and contingency to check out all the race vehicles and off-road products,” said PCI’s Rhiannon Kamo. “We are thrilled to support The Mint 400 in 2017.”

Like all PCI Race Radios Intercoms, they are made in the USA – right here in Southern California.

Come and visit PCI Race Radios on Friday, March 1st at Tech & Contingency from 8:00am-5:00pm on Fremont St. East.
