Racer Entry Refund Policy

2022 Mint 400 Race Entry Refund Policy

*Please note all payment processing fees are non-refundable.*

REFUND SCHEDULE
Up Until Wednesday, February 23rd @ Midnight PST
Entry fees are 100% refundable.

Beginning Thursday, February 24th
Entry fees are 80% refundable.

On Monday, March 7th (Race Week)
Entry fees are no longer refundable and no more refund requests will be accepted.
All new entries will be charged a $250 late registration fee.

Please note, refunds are not issued in part or whole due to mechanical failure during qualifying or on race day.

Refund Request Procedure:  

  1. Log in to your Off-Road Racer Profile.
  2. In the upper right hand corner of your dashboard, your entry will be listed under “My Events”.
  3. Click “Edit/Unregister”. 
  4. Click “Refund Team Entry” 
  5. Click “Yes, I’m sure” and submit a refund.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE
1st Payment (25% of entry fee) Upon registration
2nd Payment (25% of entry fee) Tuesday, January 25th
3rd Payment (50% of entry fee) Tuesday, February 22nd

EVENT POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATION 
In the unlikely event the 2022 race is postponed and/or cancelled, all entry fees will be held and applied to the newly scheduled 2023 race dates. If you are unable to make the 2023 race dates, you may request a 100% refund within two weeks of the postponement/cancellation announcement. All payments will be refunded to the credit card you used to pay your entry fee.
