Two seat vehicles built using a production UTV. Any manufacture UTV may be used providing the model used has been series produced in a minimum of 1000 units within a twelve (12) month period. Maximum engine size 1000cc. Engines must remain stock as delivered by OEM. Stock production body parts required.
Entrants in this class shall comply with all applicable general regulations.
This class is a limited production class, and all components will be considered restricted unless unrestricted herein.

These UTR cross-referenced listings are part of the class rules. Where a conflict occurs between the UTR cross-referenced listing and a rule contained under this class, the rule contained under this class takes priority.

Must retain stock pivot points as delivered by the manufacturer. Suspension pivot points may be reinforced but must remain in stock location. All pivot points will be used as designed by the manufacturer. No pivot points may be added or removed.
Suspension components may be of any manufacturer, must bolt to stock pivot points. Suspension joint type open i.e ball joint, rod end, spherical bearing. A-arms may be lengthened to the widest width supplied by the vehicle manufacture.
Maximum track width as measured outside of tire to outside of tire at ride height is eighty (78) inches.
Wheelbase is restricted to stock plus or minus three (3) inches.
UTR11 SHOCK ABSORBERS and BUMP STOPS
Must have one shock per wheel in working condition at start of event.
Limited to one shock per wheel.
Upper stock shock mounts may be reinforced but must remain in stock location. Lower shock mounting position is open.
No remote mounted shocks.
Solid bump stops only. No air/hydraulic bump stops allowed.
UTR12 SECONDARY SUSPENSION
No secondary suspension allowed.
Sway bar links are open.
UTR13 WHEELS and TIRES
Wheel diameter is fifteen (15) inch maximum.
Maximum tire size is 33×10.5×15.
Vehicle race number must be stamped on to all wheels. Minimum stamp size is ¼” (.250) inches.
STEERING and BRAKE COMPONENTS
OEM power steering boxes only. Steering rack is open, must bolt to stock mounts in the stock location.
No steering or turning brakes allowed.
Stock OEM brakes mounted in stock location. Brake pads are open.
All OEM engine electronics must be used. No aftermarket ECU’s. Stock ECU’s may be re-flashed.
Batteries and locations are open. All batteries mounted in the drivers compartment must be sealed enclosure. All batteries must be securely mounted. Battery shut off switch is required.
All vehicles must have a minimum of two(2) taillights and two(2) brake lights. Tail and brake lights must be 3 inch in diameter. All UTV’s must also have four(4) additional rear facing safety lights. One(1) solid amber, one(1) flashing amber, one(1) solid blue, and one(1) flashing blue. All safety lights must be LED with a minimum of 2000 lumens output. All safety lights must be wired directly to the battery switch. All lights must be mounted 48 inches from the ground minimum. Safety lights must be on at all times. Vehicles without working safety lights will not be allowed to leave the starting line or pass through a check point. All light subject to M400 approval.

Stock fuel tank in the stock location. Fuel cell may be relocated to any location. Maximum fuel capacity is 15 gallons.
ENGINE, TRANSMISSION and DRIVELINES
UTR24 ENGINE and ENGINE DISPLACEMENT
Maximum engine displacement is 1000cc.
Engine cases and heads must remain stock as delivered by the manufacture.
All engine components must remain stock.
Header pipes, mufflers are open.
Fuel pumps, fuel regulators, fuel injectors, throttle bodies must remain OEM as delivered by the manufacture.
Stock OEM air boxes, air lines and charge tubes must be used. Air cleaner may be of any manufacturer.
Engine must remain in stock location.
UTR25 ENGINE REPLACEMENT
Transmission/gear box cases must remain stock.
All vehicles are required to have a functional reverse gear.
Front and rear differential cases must remain stock.
Any aftermarket direct bolt on clutch may be used.
Clutch spring rates are open.
UTR29 DRIVE SHAFTS
Axle shafts are open. CV joints are open, must fit stock OEM stub axles.

No add on coolers.
UTR32 AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT

Engines must be normally aspirated.

GENERAL VEHICLE COMPONENTS
UTR38 DRIVERS COMPARTMENT
Metal firewalls protecting occupants from fire, fuel, and liquids are required. Metal firewalls, steel or aluminum must be .040 thick minimum. Any pass-through holes required must be keep to a minimum.
UTR39 DOORS AND LATCHES
No opening doors allowed. All door openings must be braced with 1.5x.095 tubing minimum. All door openings must be covered with metal .060 thick minimum.
UTR44 BUMPERS and HAZARDOUS PROTRUSIONS
Safe front and rear bumpers required. No shape corners or hazardous protrusions.

Stock Chassis as delivered by the manufacture must be retained.
Chassis may be reinforced but all stock OEM components must be retained.
Stock grill, hood, dash, inner tub and front and rear fenders must be used.
All Stock OEM body parts must be used as delivered from the manufacture.
Minimum notching for roll cage and bumpers allowed.
Roof must be covered with sheet metal .060 thick minimum.
