Monster Energy Extends Partnership with BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 for 2025
Continuing a multi-year relationship with the Great American Off-Road Race, Monster Energy will return as a partner of the 2025 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400, UNLTD Off-Road Racing officials announced today. As in past years, Monster Energy has been present throughout the event, from the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas to the race action itself in Primm. In addition, Monster Energy, The Beast, and Nasty Beast Hard Tea are once again backing many of the top racers competing throughout the event.

“The past few years of working with Monster Energy at the BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 have been amazing, and we’re excited to carry that relationship into 2025,” said Mint 400 CEO Matt Martelli. “Besides bringing the party to race week with amazing activations at the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival and on race days in Primm, they bring one of the most accomplished driver rosters in off-road racing every year. You can’t miss them on site—but be sure to check out everything they’re bringing to the Great American Off-Road Race!”

Top names carrying the Monster Energy colors in this year’s BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 include the Terrible Herbst Motorsports team of Tim Herbst in Unlimited Truck 2WD and Thor and EJ Herbst in Unlimited Truck SPEC, as well as multi-time Mint 400 winner Dustin Jones in UTV Pro. They’ll be joined by entries across multiple classes for UFC Hall of Famer Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and 2018 Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame inductee Cameron Steele. The Beast, meanwhile, will be led by defending Unlimited Truck SPEC class winner Kyle Jergensen.

The Mint 400 has held the title of the toughest, most spectacular off-road race in North America since 1968 when it was first run. Initially, the race was a public relations event promoting the Mint Hotel’s annual deer hunt, but what started out as a hotel promotion soon grew into a legitimate desert race. Since its 2008 revival, “The Great American Off-Road Race” has only gotten bigger and more prestigious, and deeper fields every year only make it tougher to win.
This year’s Mint 400 will take place from March 5-9 in Las Vegas. More information on the event for racers and spectators is available at TheMint400.com, or follow the event on Facebook and Instagram.
