The goal of the event is to unite the off-road community and clean up waste dumped illegally in the Jean area as well as promote sustainable habits and responsible public land use to improve Southern Nevada’s pristine desert landscape. We are asking participants to pre-register to better account for supplies on this page.

This move in is only for exhibitors placed inside the Llama Lot or Western Lot.

Large booths are defined as 40 feet or longer and are considered anchor placements. All smaller booths will be positioned after these anchor booths are set.

Small booths are defined as 40 feet or under and are used to easily fill in spaces between the anchor booth placements.

Pre-Tech is open to all race teams and is offered to help keep the Tech & Contingency line moving efficiently for everyone on Fremont Street. Teams completing pre-tech will not receive their official “Pass Tech” sticker at that time, but can get a jump start so the following day is a breeze. All vehicles that complete Pre-Tech are still required to go through the Off-Road Festival on Thursday to receive their official "Pass Tech" sticker.

Please park trucks and trailers efficiently and be mindful of available space so we can accommodate all teams.

The parade begins on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip near Mandalay Bay and travels north all the way to Fremont Street. The best places to watch are right in the middle of the Strip, where the energy is highest and the backdrop of iconic casinos and resorts makes for an unforgettable viewing experience.

The Mint 400 Kickoff Party is open to the general public and is the place to be on Wednesday night. Fans can mingle with racers and purchase six-packs of the Official Belching Beaver Mint 400 Beer.

All Class 10 and UTV Pro racers qualifying must be registered, banded and have their safety equipment inspected Wednesday night. There will be no race registration or safety equipment inspection in Primm on Thursday.

Safety Equipment Inspection: Helmets, suits and Hans will be checked. Please bring these items to qualifying registration.

Vehicle Inspection: After qualifying, all vehicles are required to go through the Off-Road Festival on Thursday on Fremont Street to receive the "Pass Tech" sticker. This includes any vehicles that have been pre-tech'd.
