Known as “The Great American Off-Road Race™,” The Mint 400 is the most celebrated, prestigious, and challenging off-road race on the planet. This annual four-hundred mile marathon between the top off-road racers in the world includes over three hundred and fifty race teams in car, truck, motorcycle and youth off-road vehicles. Thousands of racers and celebrities from around the world have attempted to tame the brutal Nevada desert, but less than half of them have ever finished the Mint.
Wednesday, March 5th – The Mint 400 Vehicle Parade // FREE & open to the public
125 of desert racing’s most competitive vehicles, carrying the stars of the sport, VIP guests, and more, descended upon the Las Vegas Strip at 4pm for the annual Mint 400 Vehicle Parade. A staple of the event each year, the Vehicle Parade takes more than $40 million worth of desert racing machinery through the city from Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino to Fremont Street East in downtown Las Vegas, before giving way to the official Mint 400 Kickoff Party at Atomic Liquor.
Wednesday, March 5th – Dinner of Champions // Ticketed event & open to the public
The Mint 400 would like to invite you to the Dinner of Champions on Wednesday, March 5th from 7:00pm – 11pm. The Dinner of Champions is a curated dining experience where sponsors, exhibitors and racers are invited to rub elbows at a multi-course dinner to kick off the event week. The event is limited to only 150 participants.
Thursday, March 6th – Off-Road Festival // FREE & open to the public
The Mint 400 Off-Road Festival is the premier off-road showcase event, and for over five decades it has drawn the industry’s best racers, brightest mechanical minds, and most progressive off-road product makers to fabulous Las Vegas. What started as a traditional one-day “tech and contingency” event has exploded into a full-blown off-road festival with over 150 exhibitors, 400 race vehicles and an estimated 20,000 people over the two days.
Spectating at the Official Mint 400 Start/Finish Line includes exciting viewing areas, bathrooms, shaded seating, food vendors, off-road exhibitors, official merchandise, bars and a VIP Hospitality Suite (the way to do it).

Primm, NV
Spectating at the Official Mint 400 Start/Finish Line Midway includes over 10,000 feet of exciting viewing area, bathrooms, shaded seating, food vendors, off-road exhibitors, official merchandise, bars and a VIP/Hospitality area.
All parking in the front of the hotels in Primm, NV is free but located furthest from the Start/Finish Line Midway. If you would like to park closest the Start/Finish Line Midway on the backside the Primm hotels, you will need a Primm Parking Pass.
Enjoy race day in ultimate style. VIP’s will have the best views, exclusive bars, breakfast/lunch/dinner, private restrooms with flushable toilets, phone charging stations and LED walls broadcasting the live stream.
Camping at The Mint 400 is strictly limited to the Start/Finish in Primm, NV. There is no overnight camping in any of the remote spectator areas or pits. Camping reservations can only be made online, ahead of the event.
The second way to watch The Mint 400 is from one of the four thrilling spectator areas located in Jean, Nevada off the 15 Freeway at Goodsprings Road. These areas can be accessed by purchasing a Spectator Parking Pass for your vehicle. Spectator parking passes in Jean are extremely limited and do sell out every year!
SPEC 1
Jean, NV
This is the largest spectating area at The Mint 400 and features a mile long, high-speed straightaway that competitors blast through at lightning fast speeds.
Spectator Area 2 is the most technical spectator area. It features a slew of jumps, turns, and obstacles and features a fantastic overhead view of all the Mint 400 off-road action.
Don’t sleep on SPEC3! This spectator area features large sandy whoops at high speeds that puts vehicles on edge. There are some big holes in SPEC3 and some lines to pass!
Known for its high-speed passing zone with monstrous whoops, SPEC4 is by far the most popular spectator area AND was at one time the final stretch into the finish line.
